These pages offer the flexibility to allow seamless order entry, customer service and other functionality without the customers knowing that they have transitioned to an SFG hosted page. Changes to these pages do not involve SFG intervention--our partners can select page options, colors and fonts, and include the links, graphics and logos of their choice.
Dynamic subscription Web pages put complete control over the order entry landing page into the partner's hands. Every aspect of the landing page is determined by a key code that is passed through the URL from a partner's promotion, Web vendor or other Web affiliate. With dynamic Web pages, direct marketers can establish hundreds of unique key codes that automatically update what the customer sees, including copy, offer, price, payment methods and several other elements.
The customer care pages allow customers to login to a secure site and make changes to their accounts in real time. Customers can also access frequently asked questions, e-mail customer service, give a gift subscription, renew a gift subscription or subscribe, among several other options.
