Whether your customers' orders come in by phone, mail or Internet, SFG's product fulfillment system supports both one shot product promotion/fulfillment and full catalog programs. We provide a full range of product fulfillment services including pick/pack/ship, promotion, invoicing, payment options, customer support and reporting. In addition, we offer selective inserting with your product shipments, product shipment e-mail confirmations and live access to real-time product inventory status.

SFG ships worldwide daily with all major carriers and uses a co-ship partner for volume-based shipping discounts where possible. SFG's operations teams continually evaluate shipping options and rate-shop for the most cost-effective methods.
